The location is on the road, which is good. They don't provide towels, soap etc. The room had a very hard smell which troubled us while sleeping. The blanket was not clean. We can't expect much in Rs/- 1100.

This place is not a proper hotel; it's more like a dharamshala, though even dharamshalas are usually cleaner than this. I booked an AC room, but they control the AC from their end, and despite repeated requests, they kept turning it off. The room had no amenities—bad bedsheets, uncomfortable pillows, and an overall unhygienic environment. After calling multiple times for a towel and soap, they still didn’t provide any. The staff is irresponsible, and the entire place, including the outside area, is unclean. The bathroom and room are also extremely small. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Pros: 1. Rooms and toilets are very clear 2. Room service is good 3. Hotel location is superb. It is in heart of the city. Bus stand and railway station is just few(2-3 max) km's aways Cons: 1.Rooms need to be more spacious.

The hotel is in the midst of a busy road. Shopping is just at doors. Staff is courteous and helpful. For the money they charge, it is ok.

The manager tried to cheat us by giving a 2 bedded room instead of the family deluxe room we had booked. After threatening to take it up with MakeMyTrip, he gave us the room we had paid for. The hotel windows and entrance were covered with pigeon shit and it was impossible to open the windows for fear of the birds coming in.

Very poor rooms, it's smelling badly although we had booked super deluxe rooms. Not value for money. Not go for pictures, I think it's too old pictures and not maintained at all. But it's in new city and neae market area.

The location was excellent as it is very near to railway station and also in the main road. Communication is super. Food option is plenty nearby. The staff are helpful. The rooms are clean and adequate space. But it was a old hotel and absence of modern facilities feels.
