Hotel Shivam Palace

i pay extra ₹500 for this hotal

I was ready for budget facility but here there was nothing that i can give a star. Untidy rooms. No support from staff. Dirty bath room.

The stay was not really satisfied. No hygiene, no filter water and nothing about sanitize. So this was a bad experience.

I had following observations at hotel 1. On asking for tea at hotel i was informed that the gas has finished. Is this a joke. 2. Washroom was in filthy state. Toilet was not clean, gyeser was not working. No hot water available for bathing in cold weather. 3. Complimentary toiletries were not provided. On asking only a soap was given. 4. Bedsheet was dirty. 5. Room was dirty. 6. Tv was not working. 7. Intercom not working. If i could give a minus star rating, it would have been -5. It was my worst experience in mm t hotel. And the hotelier was not accepting his fault whilst talking on conference phone call with mm t executive and was rude.

Terrible stay.

Nice and good service in Hotel

Good service provided by hotel, all facilities was good I am glade to provided such type facilities thanks.

Rooms are on 3-4 floor and there is no lift, difficult for senior citizens to go by stairs on 4 floor. Staff is friendly. Hotel location is on main road and public transport available 24 hours.

After one hour we checked in hotel there wasn't clean room. Service boys are all timein mobile and arrogant. Room was not good they are showing picture of room is not an actual room pic. Toilet are not clean.

Hotel employees are very poor and lazy. Washroom and room are very very bad and dirty.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed, nothing is good except location.

Location is good. But found pollution including noise pollution, kitchen smell. On the part of service I found a single person who was confused and overloaded at the reception. He was three in one receptionist, waiter, cleaner.
The hotel would have better if it was clean, with skilled staff, intercom phone, lift etc. One can sleep in hotel if they provide smell less pillow, bed and room etc.

Location is very good, but in app they show other photo of room and actual room is very poor, there is not clean, too much dirt.

AC and TV was not there in the room . The room was very hot.

Rooms were good only the problem is service the staff was bit lazy that's it. Hotel was near by station & market & one of the famous fort. So it's worth giving a try & it is cheap also if you from Make my trip it will cost you half of the actual rate.
