There is tv but not in working condition. There is no food service and room service. Shower is also in bad situation. No charging port in room. Cupboard is totally wasted. That's it

Bilkul hi bekar hotel! Room gande the, bed sheets aur towels bilkul gande aur badbu daar the. Staff bilkul unprofessional tha – kisi bhi tarah ka co-operation nahi mila. Bathroom me paani ki dikkat thi, na thik se flush kaam karta tha aur na hi geyser. Food quality bhi ghatiya thi – stale aur tasteless khana diya gaya. Jab complaint ki to staff ne attitude dikhaya jaise unhe farak hi nahi padta. Cleanliness zero, service zero, aur management to jaise sote rehte ho. Aise hotel me paisa barbaad karne se accha hai ki railway station pe so jao! Bilkul bhi recommend nahi karta. Stay away from this place!

Room is not good and Ac is not working properly . room rent is very high but room is not good. hot water facility is not available and

Located near Jodhpur junction 12 min walk. Cleanliness is ok . Rooms are spacious. I haven’t tested food . Room service was ok.

Regular here since 2015. Prime location. Good service. Spacious room with clean washroom. Helpful staff. Feel comfortable all the time.

I recently stayed at Hotel for a weekend getaway, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of downtown, with many attractions within walking distance. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, and check-in was quick and efficient. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a comfortable king-sized bed and modern amenities. The bathroom was spotless, and the shower pressure was great—small but important details that made a difference. However, the air conditioning was a bit noisy at times, which made it slightly difficult to sleep.

This hotel is very pathetic in terms of providing service and cleaning services. The washroom smells bad. No shower no spray in the toilet badly maintained toilet. As they mentioned they haven't provided complementary morning tea or any amenities mentioned. Manager behaviour is very bad. He also charge extra charges for early check in. After all this I checked out 1 day early but the manager refused to refund the money. Raise concern but of no use. Will update if they provide any resolution.

Service is not so good as compare to price, waiter entered in room with out knock every time

the stay was pleasant with the vicinity to the main tourist point. the room was clean with a peculiarly defined common space i.e. lounge. staff was nice and supportive. ❤️

Manager at counter was very rude. His behavior was very bad. I don't think someone should visit this hotel. Very bad experience. Room were dirty with mosquitoes. After complaining the manager told ki bearish baht thi. Maharaja to ayagi hi.

Location is near railway station, service is average room are not good all gates are hard to open and close and little bit humid there is little ventilation

Dirty bathroom, dirty bed, no lift, nothing good to tell. It was horrible. I won’t suggest any stay.
