The room was absolutely good. The hotel provide RO water without any charges. The location is also best as railway station bus stand and key tourist destinations are within the range of 3-5 km. We added breakfast to the booking. Awesome food was served. Staff is very cooperative and friendly. Highly recommend.

Window of the room was not closing which could cause safety issue and also bring outside cold into the room so we requested them to change the room which they did. Room was clean and equipped with all amenities. Bath towels were clean. Staff were helpful. Location is very good. Overall had a good stay. Will stay again.

I was expecting the staff to be very polite but it doesn't turn to be. Also some professionalism is missing in serving a tea or serving anything in room. I request mmt to ensure that buffets are same on days when all guests are having. For example i came for the first day breakfast offered was little less options but today morning it was quit different as the crowd was more today as compared to yesterday.
