Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, swimming pool were renovated and good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite.

The facilities in the rooms are very good and they include a mini fridge. The receptionist madam is very helpful. Food quality is also great, we tried Rajasthani thali and each of the item was tasty.

They provide us nice room. Room service was excellent. On our request they provide us rajasthan thali free of cost. It was one of mine best decision to stay at this Hotel Omni Plaza

The location is good and the Hotel Omni Plaza looks nice. The room is really big and the facilities are good. The restaurant is not much good you can find good options outside

Great location and food. No lift for the first floor. No window in the room as well no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

The secure and safe environment of this Hotel Omni Plaza will always have my heart. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, staff behaviour is also excellent
