Very pleased with hospitality and food
The property is located on the main road.. Just opp to Paota Govt hospital. The staffs mainly Manager Jagmal Ji and Dharmender in restaurant were just immensely helpful. Food quality and service were at par expected. The rooms and property infrastructure needs more maintenance. Rated high for good hospitality.

Terrible Stay
unmarried couple ko yah log allow kar sakte hain apni hotel ke andar agar hamara Koi Mitra milane aaega hotel ke andar to yah log allow nahin karte

poor management rude staff , receptionist is very manner less and don't know how to handle customer, he gives priority to only foreigners , poor service , poor hospitality, never choose this hotel again

Excellent Stay
The room was absolutely good. The hotel provide RO water without any charges. The location is also best as railway station bus stand and key tourist destinations are within the range of 3-5 km. We added breakfast to the booking. Awesome food was served. Staff is very cooperative and friendly. Highly recommend.

Good hotel
It was my fourth time staying in this hotel. Hotel is good room is good and staff is polite..but shortage of staff therefor we had to call reception for everything One of the staff by the name of Ramesh is very good and helpful

Excellent Stay
We had a comfortable stay. The location was great, and the staff were friendly. We stayed for a day and were able to check in early. The room was spacious and nice, though it could have been a bit cleaner. Overall experience was good.

Excellent Stay
The location is good for tourists. The food was a bit spicy to my pallet but the breakfast buffet was good. The rooms were clean and well lit. Overall it was a very comfortable stay.

soloHotel is decent, location is decent, room is neat and tidy. Food is good except that some things are erratically priced. For example the cream of broccoli ( unavailable)and cream of tomato 300 rs. Have the same price that needs to be checked and revised
