Terrible experience at Ratan Mahal - there was a mouse in the washroom when we were allocated the room and it’s poop over the bed and also on the floor

Awesome ambience , good service and good hygiene. Swimming pool was non functional . overall very comfortable stay.

family with 2 kidspathetic rooms 603 and 604 , rooms were facing someone House seems to be it's staff quarters which hotel owner had converted to rooms 4500Rs tariff was looted we have taken 2 rooms for 2 days paid more than 18000 total waste of money

Good ambiance and location
Property is decent and location is also good. Only two drawbacks 1st bed size is very small we cannot accommodate child on the same bed and 2nd is there is a irish bar next to my room so there was loud music which will not allow you to sleep till 11 p. M. Rest everything is good.

Average Stay
The hotel location is convenient. The room size is small for a city like jodhpur and room charges levied. The bedsheets, pillow covers, quilt were not clean and had foul smell. It felt used already several times but not changed. Room felt very cramped for very low roof of rooms and small size. Food was average and expensive.

Excellent Stay
Really good hotel to stay, nice ambience, good polite professional staff. Hotel has everything thing we want like garden, restaurant, banquet, and comfort which is v imp. I liked it. Food was also good with karioke singing.

Comfortable stay
The stay was good. They had libe music at restaurant in dinner. The room was well maintained and clean so seems like they worked on improvement.
