Good Stay
I was only 20 minutes late for breakfast, which was already included in my booking. However, the staff straightaway refused to serve it, which was quite disappointing. Even if the buffet timing had ended, they could have at least offered some basic options instead of denying it completely. Stay was good and peon staff very cooprative. Room neat and clean. Overall good.

Rooms are not spacious
All good, staff is ok, location is fine, food is so so, can’t say it’s delicious, only negative point that rooms are not spacious.

Average Stay
Room is clean yet very small, feels compact as no window and ventilation in any room, The hotel is at good location as area is within the city centre and easy to reach to any places nearby, The room service can visit your room in your absence as per personal experience, nothing got stolen stil care should be taken.

there were no windows
rooms were small and suffocating as no windows were there. the rooms were not upto mark. but the location is good as it is located at jaljog circle and market is nearby.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! The room was immaculately clean and maintained the highest standards of hygiene, making me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my stay.The staff were absolute professionals, yet warm and friendly, making sure all my needs were met with a smile. Special mention to the reception girl Ms Barkha, who were efficient, courteous, and made the check-in process seamless. The housekeeping Sharvan and Amrit also deserves a shoutout for keeping my room spotless and tidy throughout my stay. Overall, I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay.

Poor Stay
worst experience ever..booked specifically keeping in mind for office as hotel had work desk...however the room was filled with smell from humidity and dampness that didn't go even after using AC...most importantly we had no network in my any of our mobiles so couldn't take any ofice calls..we checked their other rooms too ..all had same problem..we booked room for ease and had dinner and breakfast added but had to checkout within 30 45 mins as we couldn't receive any office calls and we would have been impacted by office if nor available..hotel refused refund even though we didn't use services because of their hotel's issue

Food is ok Location is prime Facilities are normal, no extra ordinary facility is not provided. Rooms feeling dampness, needs extra attention during rainy season. Morning tea should be complementary if possible, it can feel happy to customer.
