hotel is not good for stay I pay they provide me invoice after asking about this they told me that we give invoice after 18% deduction, this is not good for customer

Run down hotel with good space but lacks decor, service and general hospitality. they are not used to business travelers hence everything is laid back. breakfast has limited menu, (not even toast) pure VEG yet they have a BAR. all food has to be served in room as very few have book food with them. at time of check out printer was not working. you get charged for every bottle of water (2.5 times market rate) and pool is not for guests until 10am as there are swimming classes for kids going on. so in short a forgettable stay, would never repeat or recommend.

Horrible experience as the A/C was not working properly. Initially the hotel gave a delux room in which the A/C was not functioning and was getting shutdown in every 2 minutes. Post that hotel allotted another room and the same story repeated. Post several complaints the Hotel allotted Super Deluxe room having central A/C and that too was not efficient causing me Healthcare issues . Entire night went in suffocating way and by morning I had to shift to another hotel by 9:00 am itself.Nothing enjoyable in that stay. Sorry to say but basic amenities like A/C in the scorching heat is a must and the failure of that was completely unacceptable .

Hotel Badri palace is a very good property. Staff is very cooperative , room was good and food is excellent. Bar is too attractive with all the top brands of drinks

Good location, good place and good rooms. Somehow, geyser was not giving hot water and i had to take bath in cold water. Suggesting hotel management to take care of it.

1. Poor service 2. The manager said they don't have water bottles with them. Hotel does not keep inventory of bottles with them 3. The manager was not at all helpfull, rather he was not talking professional 4. Intercom facility was not working, you need to personally go and give your order at the reception 5. Breakfast was good

Even hot water was not available for bathing. Proper receipts were not given for payments made.

Not worth it for this room rate. No extra facilities in the room. Very loud noise come from outside.

Terrible stay not at all advisable

Good stay, big and spacious room. Food was delicious and staff behaviour was also good. Nice stay at economy price. One of the best Hotel of Town. I strongly prefer this Hotel

Feel luxurious in room interior and hotel.

Worst hotel with 3 star tag. Stones found in refrigerator. No hot water. No timely room service. Not even offered a bottle of water. No tea making machine. Bathroom door not working. Swimming pool not cleaned so many days. Oyo services not available etc. etc. Less option and over priced property.

Good service and food are so good room facility is a good peaceful location. Fully cleanliness, supportive staff.

Food served was not fit for eating. Dal Makhani was stale. Posted papad was of old stock. Both were returned without eating. Used bed sheets were spread on beds. Smell of vommit was coming. Phone of room service was not responding.

Located on main road, good safety measures, Having swimming pool, poor cleanliness, rooms are spacious but service is very poor, no Wi fi services even after a number of reminders But food stuff is very good on reasonable prices, hygienic. Also Bar is also available.

This hotel is really good to stay. Room service is good but food quality is average and swimming pool water is also average. Overall its good place to stay. Staff are very friendly.
