There was no room key was handed over to us as there machine was not working, every time some was suppose to go with us to ope our room with master key, there was no body lotion powder in the room, tap RO water was provided in the room not packed bottle, no one has told us that hotel is non smoking hotel, when I asked to get me a ash tray I have been told we are a non smoking hotel so can not provide but you can open the window and can smoke near to the open window, when we were checking out we have been asked to pay as we have smoked into the hotel which has been done only near to the ope window in the room as suggested by the hotel staff

It’s a decent hotel with courteous and well trained staff with enthusiasm in providing timely service. Hotel is located on outskirts of Jodhpur offering calm surroundings. Food quality is good and there is a pool and garden as well. Rooms are quite spacious and well maintained.
