location is at City centre but room condition is not ok..quilt was tear off ..many cockroaches were roaming here and there.

I was travelling for my official work and the stay was NOT good and recommend every one NOT to stay here as lots of cockroaches are there in room and at food station.. When I told same thing to Manager at reception he told cockroaches will come and we can’t do anything

staff is not good especially receptionist at this hotel any time seeking for about extra money which is bad thing

It was an official trip to Jodhpur. The location of this hotel makes it extremely unique, it's situated in heart of city with proximity to station. Rooms were spacious, clean. only thing which goes against it was that TV in room was not working but since hotel stay was only for a night it was not much concern. Overall, Room was good. Hot Water was not available in shower all 3 days stay. We had to ask for drinking water bottles for daily stock.

The personal who working at reception was not good he asked unwanted question if you are couple very embarrassing. we booked room and went at property by 11am we requested for early check in but he asked for 650 inr extra for 1 hour early check in food was over priced and not good by the taste

it's horrible experience to stay here. Behavior of entire staff is irritating. Cleanliness of room is a big question. They are taking advance payment of early check in though the room is freely available with them. I will not stay here in future. if you ask on 8 am for tea they say it will take more than hour. Even the worst quality breakfast they serve. And the most important They are it bother or worried for their customer.

Room has lots of cockroaches & staff in untrained daily you will have same buffet breakfast with very very poor service Only positive is it is centrally located Go to this place only if you have no other option

Rooms had cockroaches, rooms are like matchbox. There is no service i mean no one is there to show you the room they will just give you keys and done . Hot water is not there . No dental kit or anything . People are a bit rude even the restra was like paise yahi deke jao room se humko koi lena dena nahi hai in short staff is not approachable . Or smile toh bilkul bhi nahi hai kissi k chehre pe .. only good thing location mast hai

manager is arrogant and his behaviour is not appropriate service is also not good .

Torn Bedsheet, Faulty Electric Switch, Unrefilled Teapot material, timing of breakfast late as if you have leave before 8 clock no breakfast

No amenities were provided, poorly maintained property, worst breakfast i ever had and besides that staff was very unprofessional

staff behaviour there is not good not supportive, saying that if booking from the Direct customer side then they will provide a standard room otherwise depending on staff think. Their staff behaviour was too much 😞 bad
