Shri Govindam Hotel

I am felling very good in hotel. Foods quality are very good , I want to give special thank for every make my trip all sir and madam, they really make my trip so colourful. Thanks all sir &madam I am subhankar Saha

The hotel experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Initially, we were denied check-in at 10 am, even after presenting the mm t booking confirmation. After much insistence, we were finally allowed to check in. The room was unclean, the washroom was dirty and foul-smelling, and towels were not provided on the first day. To make matters worse, we found an undergarment in the washroom, which was highly distressing. The lift was filthy and stained with paan spit, and the blanket provided was yellowish and appeared unwashed. On the second day, we were served cold poha in mismatched cups. Given the appalling conditions and service, we request that this hotel be removed from mm t listings and a full refund of our booking amount be processed immediately.

At check in time ..upon request that did cleaning,rooms were still not properly cleaned,they didn't offered breakfast, didn't gave me keys and when I back from outside they were not able to find till 30 mins. Staff is unskilled and don't know how to behave with Guests .. not recommended for family or for frnnd could be good for person looking for dormitory

Terrible experience

Booked a dormitory, hotel denied to give room quoting reason of booked for ladies. No ladies option given mentioned in app and in confirmation receipt

the hotel receptionist was rude and was not cooperative.....As I told my train is late I need to stay for 3 more hours ....he says to leave now....as I checked in 9 hours late...so I was in need of only 3 hours of extra stay....

Neat and clean bed and room budget friendly great location in prime location staff was humble and help full

Very poor management at met my trip because you are wrong that i was given one room instead of two rooms and had to pay extra

Though the checkin was at 10am the rooms weren't ready even on reaching at 11. 20am n they said it was wrongly mentioned 10am instead of 12. There was a rat in the room n we had a sleepless night. The said breakfast was uncooked poha which was delayed. Overall it wasn't a good experience worth rating.

Hotel was on the third floor not easy to access. Bed was not clean. Bathroom was terrible so bad. Washbasin pipe was broken. Toilet doesn't has spray. Overall it was a terrible experience

Worst ever experience. I have booked for king size deluxe room and when i reached there. They given me a small room. Also the staff is rude and their behaviour is aggressive. No services nothing is there.

No water supply in the bathroom for 6 hours. Wifi didn't work. Breakfast was terrible. When complaint of hair in poha (breakfast, staff removed it and said i need to eat the same again. Overall, apart from a comforting bed and ac, everything else is worst. Staffs are worst as well.

Behaviour of the owner was very poor and i have to ask the person to clean the room and that i waited for the room to be clean at night around 11:00 pm despite booking 3 days and confirming him before it suppose to reach the hotel

Room was too much small and they mentioned king size bed but the size of bed we got only double bed. Staff working in the hotel was very rude. We have booked the hotel with breakfast they didn't provide breakfast. Only advantage was hotel located in main shopping area.

Average cleaning, good service and cooperation, bathroom congested. Room good one.

Property is good, rooms are okay but hotel staff was not properly trained. One bad experience happens at the hotel, its really shameful to them. The property owner is o key and supportive in nature because of him only not complaining anything but worst experience i felt in my life.

Location was not good. Toilet was uncleaned. There was dust on floor. Bed sheets and pillow covers were not changed after earlier check out. Bessheet and pillows were just rearranged. Not recommended for families.

Very familiar and excellent environment

The location of the hotel is good. All the facilities are available around the hotel because of being in the market place. The hotel staff is also well behaved and rooms are comfortable.
