Kitchen facility was not available at the resort

experience was amazing and rooms are clean and good staf was Copreativ and helping nature location was good

Decent rooms and service but outside the main city and doesn’t have a main entrance and security guard

Rooms are good and clean. Food or restaurant not available inside, so you have to order food from outside.

The room was good but the service was not up to the mark the hotel was not serving any kind of breakfast lunch or dinner due to which there was a lot of trouble and also the room in which I stayed needed two A/C and the room had only one which was not effective.

This place has an amazing view. Very nice rooks, very comfortable, awesome staff very helpful. Great food. Overall very nice stay.

Hotel breakfast service was not upto expectations and there charges are very high for example for one tea they charged 50 rs.

Breakfast is third class. No facility in room. Baby food is not available. Water is chargeable in room

Room facilities not good

Staff is very nice. We were unwell they guided us to a nearby hospital, they kept a regular check if we need something. Rooms are very clean and give us a homely vibe. Property is in a very peaceful place with a lot of of fresh clean air.

Upon arrival, the room i was initially assigned lacked basic amenities, such as curtains, air conditioning, and an intercom system. This made for an uncomfortable and inconvenient first night. Despite reaching out to your team through makemytrip, the resolution provided was only marginally better. The subsequent room did not meet the standards one would anticipate. The issues i encountered significantly impacted the overall enjoyment of my stay. I believe it is crucial for your establishment to address these shortcomings to enhance the satisfaction of your guests. The stay is average. The hotel is okay too. Hospitality can be improved. Mustaq is the only one person because of whom one may stay in the hotel. There are other options though.

The hotel refused to share its wifi password by making up excuses. The staff was nice and helpful otherwise.

Get up to rs. Inr 500* off on bus tickets for your visit to barmer. The offer given was too late till then we reached barmer. Thanks
