Stayed with Pride Resorts for 2 nights with family Pros: - New facility with ample space for car parkings - spacious and clean rooms Cons - inexperienced staff who had no idea of how to manage servoces ina 4 star rated resort. - location is in the outskirts of the town and not many options to spend time or dinner outside the resort - Many basic amenities are still under installation (soap holders in bathrooms, menu cards for room service..) - food quality was Ok.. but the options for breakfast were very limited with many basic items missing (jam was jot available on the first day and bread and butter was removed on the second) Overall, I would say, I had a disappointing stay with Pride resorts considering the price tag . I see a hotel which has been started in a hurry with the management not focussing on setting up the basics including training for the staff. in the current state, it may be ok for individuals who are looking for a overnight transit stay (with a reduction in the price tag) but not suitable for family or groups who are looking for a 4* resort.

Since the property is relatively new, every facility is modern, well-maintained, and of top-notch quality. We booked a suite with two bedrooms, and both rooms were exceptionally spacious and spotlessly clean. Our package included half-board, so we enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the resort. The food was absolutely delicious—far superior in taste to what we’ve experienced at many high-end hotels. However, the buffet selection was somewhat limited: breakfast lacked basic items like bread, butter, jam, and bakery products, while dinner offered very few dessert options. The on-site restaurant serves only vegetarian cuisine. That said, given the resort’s budget-friendly pricing, the limited variety is easily overlooked, especially when the flavors are this impressive.

Stay was good, Nice rooms . Location is a bit far from city so one must have their own mode to commute. staff behaviour or in one words Hospitality flavour was completely missing.

Positives - Rooms are spacious. Staff is way to cooperative. Quite place. Food is great. Issues - far from city, with bad roads to city one way will easily take 40 mins to reach. Pillow are too thick, will make your sleep uncomfortable.
