Nirali Dhani Ethnic Hotel

Staff is very rude and food quality also not good. I didn’t like the behaviour and all.

Location is bad..no view from any room..Food is good..Room services are bad..They dont know how to prepare a room when a guest arrives and asks for your 2 year old kid aadhar card..No TV connection..No Hot water..No hand wash no bodywash no shampoo..eventhough we asked for to refill they didnt do..i dont know how much egoistic they are..worst room services ever..Please dont go there..Even cost wise you can find better properties in jodhpur..Highly not recommended...

Location is very near to the tourist attractions. My son got I'll during the stay, the entire Hotel Staff was so helpful to support us during our hardtimes with all sort of help required. The property is very attractive with authentic rajasthani touch. Cultural programme was also awesome. Food is excellent. More than 05 Star in my opinion

I wanted to have a peaceful evng with flavour of culture and traditions of jodhpur but ..that place turned out to be a marriage garden so didn't stay there at all and from last 2 days trying to get my refund but still they are saying that they are trying...pathetic experience of hotel

The staff is not ready to listen at all, TV and exhaust fan were not working. There was no provision of complimentary water for the second guest.

Overall stay was average. Swimming pool was not operational. Food menu so limited. No image i have.

I had the most harrowing experience of my life. I called them thrice before i went for the room check in at 6 pm only to discover that my room was occupied and it is not cleaned till now. I had to wait with my family. Officially my room check in was 1pm so basically they were using my room and charging rent for the same. Aftrr that when i went in the room around 7. 30 their civil renovation work was going on the upper floor with lot of machine and hammer noise. I called them 10 times to stop the same as we were tired and want to have some rest but of no use. Then again i had to go to the reception personally to ask them to stop this nuisance.
