Pachranga Resort

My stay at Hotel Panchranga was excellent. The location is convenient, rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is polite and helpful. The food was tasty, service was quick, and all amenities were well maintained. The price is slightly on the higher side compared to the property, but overall, it was a great experience. Thank you Jaswant, the front desk executive, for your kind assistance and hospitality.

Hospitality was very poor.only interested to attend wedding guest's. For cleaning the room after dinner they take 1 hrs after many follow up calls we have do.Not recommend for services

clean place, very helpful and decent boys. The rooms are not cleaned daily automatically unless we invite them. They say there are no spare keys to open the rooms when we are out for a meeting. So the complimentary bottles of water and coffee/tea also are not replaced till we come back in the evening after our outing. breakfast gets ready very late in the mornings. so if you are in a rush to catch the morning trouble, its not convenient. Sunday the Breakfast was available only after 8

Had a wonderful stay at Panchranga Resort, Jodhpur. Rooms are clean, ambience is peaceful, and the staff is very cooperative. Special thanks to Jaswant at reception for his warm welcome and helpful nature—he really made the stay smooth. Only suggestion is to increase the variety of food. Overall, a great place to stay and relax—highly recommended!

The hotel, ambiance was very good but the service is very slow. We have to ask each thing multiple times, and they rectify their mistakes, but after reminding them that they are at fault. In a service industry, 70% is service and ambiance, and rest is 30%. So, if your service is below the bar, the overall experience is painful. Need to increase the manpower it literally shows they were understaffed and improved your services. Narendra bhai, Vivek bhai were very polite welcoming and solution driven even the rest staff too but they were solve due to understaffing and still they managed to pull off every time in the chaos. So just improve the service delivery times, please.
