The hotel, ambiance was very good but the service is very slow. We have to ask each thing multiple times, and they rectify their mistakes, but after reminding them that they are at fault. In a service industry, 70% is service and ambiance, and rest is 30%. So, if your service is below the bar, the overall experience is painful. Need to increase the manpower it literally shows they were understaffed and improved your services. Narendra bhai, Vivek bhai were very polite welcoming and solution driven even the rest staff too but they were solve due to understaffing and still they managed to pull off every time in the chaos. So just improve the service delivery times, please.
