Review Of Hotel Marvel Umed, Jodhpur

We booked looking at the photos a, and the pricing also looked decent. However, when we arrived, the story was different. The bedsheets were stained, tonnes of mosquitos and spiders, no water in the taps! We asked for the room to be changed, however the next room given to us was even worse. The rooms and linens were unclean and dingy with insects running around. We somehow managed to spend the night there since it was late, but immediately checked out the next morning, although we were booked for 2 nights, and thought it better to spend more money to get a different hotel than to stay here.

Staff average, room quality average, washroom little bit better, food also average. Thank you

It is a heritage property. Nice but can be maintained better. The staff is nice. The location is good and there are shops and other eateries around. The bus stand where you can get ac volvo is nearby.

Water is not coming from taps, electricity was not there in night in few times at the end i decided to check out and go to another hotel.

Very good service and polite attitude

Room i booked looks like palace room with old furniture and a very spacious bathroom. Overall it’s a very good and comfortable stay within budget.
