According to image room not good and size also small , dirty room and lobby , break fast not good , today situation ( Milk in jar with oil mixed I have tell him to staff and same situation) and Manager call me for name check in true caller , both Id and true caller name are same or not , in my true caller my nick name mention then he tell me aap he kya room kra hai and Id Pai name Alag hai

Location is advantage. Food specially breakfast was below average. Rooms also below average considering the price.

No dental shaving kit available in the room. No coffee Paucha available in the room. Provide normal drinking water in room.

I booked it after seeing photos. But it is not at all as shown. The rooms bed are very small. Walls have the spitting marks and sepage. Rooms, washroom and common area stink. Washrooms are not deeply cleaned. No much options for breakfast, he available options were also ok types. Bed linens and pillow covers are also old. The spring from the mattress is popping out. Hot water kettle was also dirty.

Bakbaas hotel.Neither bathroom clean nor room. Lining and pillow cover were used. Towel was in miserable condition. No tea bags only milk and sugar there. No room service for food. Told 7 pm it will start. Very horrible experience. Receptionist was very rude when complaint was made.Never stay in future.Not worthwhile as per charges.

One the worst hotel I have ever stayed! Poor services, rooms are not cleaned daily, the restaurant closes very early, so can’t rely on food when you reach hotel after tiring day! Poor hygiene and management! I will give 0 out of 10

Room bed was very small. Room has no fan. Hot water was not coming as well as the force of water was very less. In Short it was terrible experience

It was a worst stay in this hotel as staff was not cooperative and room also not clean no water in bathroom room size was also a problem.

In room there is no shower gel and water hot water is not coming properly

Staff was good. Rooms were not so big. I stayed with my wife and 3 years old some and due to small size bed we are not properly fitted. From the windows outer wind was coming which makes our night colder.

Is a terrific hotel. I haven't ever seen such an unhygienic and poorly maintained hotel they have zero room service. I didn't even get a water bottle even after calling them 4 times, literally. They even don't do any cleaning. Washrooms are dirty and have cockroaches in the room. Dirty matress and blankets. For breakfast, you need to literally fight as if u have come to langar or mahaprasad. You get very negative feeling just after entering tithe hotel. In short, unhygienic, poor quality rooms, zero room service and bad arrangement of food. Continuous noise of railways.

Room conditions are not up to mark, i will not recommend anyone to stay here, hotel management is upto mark
