Best Inn, Jodhpur

Nice and clean room and staff behaviour is nice. Everything was available. Basic needs. Good food available.

“Stayed at Best Inn, Jodhpur on 7th July and had an excellent experience overall. The staff is extremely helpful and super-fast in service. Bathroom was surprisingly spacious with great water pressure, room lighting was excellent, and the TV with all OTT platforms was phenomenal in sound and picture quality. Food and tea were fantastic. Room was comfortable, but wallpaper was peeling, bedding and pillow covers were of poor quality, and the window needed maintenance. AC worked smoothly, but noise from neighboring rooms was disturbing. With minor improvements, this can be a perfect stay.”

Rooms were not clean there were ants all around bedsheets were torned

Stay was good, room was cleaned, service was good. Food is also good but little bit spicy. Easy to locate the hotel.

Hotel location is well zone. Food is also good quality. Room is good and perfect condition. Attention is person is very helpful.

The hotel was very good and nice location the rooms and bathroom were also very neat & clean and the staff was also very supportive and i was travel-ling with a kid so they also gave me early checkin

Poor housekeeping service, poor food arrangements, no known responses on the customer request. The hotel's location is on the opposite side of all the tourist places.

There were limited options for the ones who included breakfast and dinner in the booking. Also the quality of the breakfast was also not good.

The hotel and service was good but even after a late check-in the room wasn't clean, the toiletries including towels were absent, the water bottle was absent and the room switch was broken which was not expected, i had to ask for everything individually by calling them. The food was good from their catering service.

The hospitality of the staff and the owner was very bad. Owner was very rude. Didn't even provide the basic items like the bathroom kit and water bottle.

Had pleasant stay at best inn hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Best part is helpful and polite staff. Must recommend.

Well maintained room and clean and hygienic washroom.

Room is in a terrible condition. paint is comming off from the walls. tap of wash basin is broken. bedsheets are torned off. we asked him to change it., and he did also twice but still they were torned off. Food is on the higher side. there is no staff who take your luggage from reception to room Or the other way.

Room and ambience was good. Bathroom was bigger than expected. Awesome experience and stay at best inn.

It was okay food was not good and a l hygiene problem

The location was good close to shops and restaurants but bit noisy due to traffic. The rooms were nicely decorated and the furnishings were nice. The bathrooms were quite big and had fans which was quite useful during the hot weather.

They charge me for a water bottle. At-least one bottle should be complementary. Because check in they ask me to go and bring id photo copy.
