Nice location for stay where good view of mehrangarh fort, Nice room Parking facilities not available

Rooms and every corner of the hotel was very very clean. Roof top restaurant with fort view was also amazing.

The food was too bad and there was only 4 things in breakfast buffet those were all bad i would not suggest this place

The Hotel is very good and the location is outstanding. We enjoyed the Fort view during the night. Rooms are comfortable and cozy. But I think the charge per night can be lowered.

The only saving grace of this property was the view, which truly was picturesque and breathtaking view of mehrangarh fort. Beyond that, everything else about the stay was deeply disappointing. To start with, the coffee was terrible — completely bland and uninspiring — yet shockingly priced at ₹500. To make matters worse, the flask used to serve it had cobwebs on the nozzle, which was both unhygienic and unacceptable for any property claiming decent standards. The amenities were lacking, with several basics missing or poorly maintained. There was no proper parking, and due to the cramped and unmanaged space, my car ended up getting scratched, which was infuriating. Adding to the discomfort, there was a constant racket caused by an insect trapped inside the air conditioner, making it impossible to relax or get a good night’s sleep. The service was equally appalling — slow, inattentive, and indifferent to guest concerns. Despite repeatedly raising issues for a non functional set top box and staff unaware of how to fix it, there was little effort from the staff to resolve them. All things considered, this place is nowhere near worth the price it demands. Apart from the view, everything else from hygiene to service was a letdown. Would not recommend unless serious improvements are made.

The hospitality of the staff was good and the rooms were clean and well maintained. I also appreciated that the hotel accommodated my request for an early breakfast by packing it for me. However, there are several drawbacks. The cost of food is extremely high — for example, a simple rice bowl costs ₹190. The hotel does not allow food from outside, so guests are to depend on the in-house restaurant and pay these heavy prices. Ola/Uber services also do not reach the hotel’s location, so you have no option but to take autos or cabs arranged by the hotel, which are quite expensive. Another major issue is that the hotel does not switch on the DG (generator) during power cuts. This makes the lift non-functional, and guests have to climb stairs up to the 5th floor (which is the top floor). This was very uncomfortable for elderly guests — my 62-year-old mother struggled a lot with this. Overall, while the staff is courteous and the rooms are clean, the very high food costs, lack of transport options, and inconvenience during power cuts make the stay quite disappointing. Also getser was not working.

This hotel is located in old Jodhpur and is walking distance from clock tower 5-6 minutes. Many of reviews mentioned that it is difficult to drive cars as the streets are narrow, but you can reach within 100 meters of premises by car and then have to manage yourselves. They have no car parking but you can park your car nearby (beware if dogs climbing the roof of your car and give it scracthes, you can use thorny car covers). This hotel is just in front of Gulab Sagar lake. There are various room options from where you can get excellent view of Mehrangarh fort and Gulab Sagar lake and it's worth the stay. The rooms are decent and cozy. They have a rooftop restaurant which really sets the vibe at night. They serve alcohol too. The only con I found was in room dining option wasn't there. The staff is nice and helpful. Besides few bad reviews please ignore them and choose this hotel without any doubt.

The location is good, rooms are beautiful and view of the fort is unrestricted Roof top restaurant offers great view of both mehrangarh fort and lake breakfast was good but variety was limited, Restaurant was very expensive and reaching the hotel was not easy. Check-in time is very late All in all good experience

Navigation Challenges The hotel's location information is frustratingly incomplete: - Google Maps route only shows directions for two-wheelers - No clear guidance for car navigation through congested city streets - Lack of detailed instructions from main road to hotel entrance - No information about parking or precise entry points ## Recommendation Management needs to urgently address: - Soundproofing ground floor rooms - Installing blackout curtains - Improving window sealing - Managing external noise levels - Providing comprehensive navigation instructions - Creating a detailed route map for different vehicle types ## Final Verdict While the hotel has potential, the current room experience and navigation guidance fall far short of acceptable standards.
