The room was clean, i have stayed for 4 days they cleaned my room only 2 times after so many calls, my concern was there was no proper hot water in the room, the service was very bad i have to give a number of reminders for service, lunch and dinner is not value for money what we paid

I want to say some negatives about this room. 1. Breakfast not served at the right time. 2. Not washed bedsheets and pillowcases. 3. Room and also the bathroom was not cleaned properly.

The room was good, but the bed sheet was not in good condition. Towels were also not given. Ac was working great.

Disappointing
Very bad breakfast (served to room, rooms are not clean, no tv channels, no toileteries (had to ask, no towels in room.

Excellent Stay
Overall experience was great, food was provided only issue is there is no tv. If it's installed, then would be a fantastic place to stay.

Poor Stay
I couldn't lock the door. I had to keep the door open and go for my office work whole day. They said camera will capture if anything happens. Third rate hotel. B free breakfast was denied as the restaurant was closed as the manager has to travel. They bought 2 idly from outside and served. I wouldn't anybody to stay here. The guy at the reception was more business like. They took extra 500 just me being 2 hours early

Good hotel for staying and more worthy for money
Fast response from staff and good hotel for staying, clean rooms and hot water for anytime and also tv, wifi is available totally best hotel for that amount

Service not apt
The hotel room was congested and also many things were not working. Wifi also fluctuating the service was very delayed staff was supportive but many things were not working

Poor Stay
I stayed in the hotel with my family for a night. The room was spacious and clean. The service was really poor. They were ignorant in providing any tissues or water bottles upon requesting. The a/c was not working. The hotel has a very bad restaurant on the terrace. We didn't take the complementary breakfast. I wouldn't recommend to stay here. Overall experience is 2 out of 5.

businessHotel was average with unclean bed and linen, they are using the same bed cover, pillow cover and other linen, request for early checkin was not honored though there were rooms available. Hope my review will be taken on a positive note to improve customer experience.

Smelly and dirty room
Room and corridor stinks of cigarettes. Stained bed sheets and towels. Bad food. Overall a pathetic place to stay.
