Review Of Hotel Royal Orbit

Room tariff is too high as per other surrounding hotels. Rooms are not that much specious as per tariffs. Bathrooms are so narrow, uncomfortable. Basins are inside the narrow bathroom & almost leanings upon the commode. Very uncomfortable to use basins.

Breakfast is also good.. specially I would loud out their service... it's very good... 4. All staffs from front desk to Restaurent are very helpful and polite... overall this hotel is excellent... thank you...

the room size is too small and wi fi is not working properly this is reason I am not much satisfied with this newly built property

I have stayed here every month but this is the first time at 10 am breakfast is not available, when my booking is added breakfast.

Position: At the very prominent place of Kanthi Central Bus Stand . Ambience: Good. Behaviour of all staffs are very cordial and prompt service. Food quality is good and served timely.

The room is cozy and comfortable with all amenities provided. All the interiors are excellent especially the washroom. The food service is quick and the taste is good as well. The hospitality of the staff is excellent and very courteous. Located at a crucial location- contai central bus stand makes it even more appealing. Highly recommend !

The property is newly built & it's worths the money it charges. The room in comparison to the other inn of the places are better. The issue lies with the billing team who need to rectify themselves for atleast corporate booking they are not well trained for the same. We have booked 2 rooms for 2 individual & they were suppose to give 2 bills, but unfortunately they couldn't provide 2 bills later they shared through whats app after multiple confrontation for food bill, they could not provide the same. They only provided the food item details which are considered as supporting there was a person at the billing counter, who claim himself to be a ca & tried to suppress us saying you get similar bill when you visit restaurant so why you do need separate food bill, this is only the food bill (supporting bills. The receptionist is new but she was accepting the error but couldn't process owing to the constraints. Food better to avoid & avail from the opposite restaurant niketa.

Room is sufficient for 2 and good maintenance and service. Bathroom fittings can be better, tap is too hard to turn.

Good response by staff. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
