Extremely Disappointed
I had one of the worst experiences during my recent stay at this hotel. From the moment I entered the room, I could tell that this place was nowhere close to what was advertised or expected. The cleanliness was shockingly poor—the room was super untidy, with visible dust on the furniture, stains on the bed sheets, and an overall feeling of neglect. It seemed like no effort had been made to prepare the room for guests.
There was no television in the room, even though it was clearly mentioned in the listing. For many travelers, especially after a long day, relaxing in front of the TV is a basic comfort that was completely missing. Even worse, the air conditioning was not working, making it nearly impossible to sleep comfortably, especially in the hot weather.
Additionally, the bathroom was in a terrible state. Water was leaking from multiple taps, creating a constant mess on the floor and a lot of inconvenience. To make matters worse, there was a strong, unpleasant smell lingering in the room that made it very hard to stay indoors for long periods. It was completely unhygienic and unacceptable.
The hospitality was far below any reasonable standard. The staff seemed uninterested, unwelcoming, and unwilling to help. When I raised my concerns, they either ignored me or responded rudely. I did not feel like a valued guest at any point during my stay.
Given the poor hygiene, lack of basic amenities, and overall bad service, I am deeply dissatisfied and regret choosing this hotel. I am formally requesting a full refund for the amount paid, as the services provided were far from what was promised. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and necessary improvements are made to prevent such experiences for future guests.
