There is bad experience of bathroom and food is also not so good

Very courteous staff and spacious rooms. The facilities are really good. Enjoyed my stay thoroughly. They can provide emergency transportation facilities though.

Room is Good But Food not Delivery timely too much let I don't like and food is no testey poor condition chapati poor Rice poor condition but Money to higher but food poor

The hotel is very neat and clean. Staffs are cooperative and ambience is good. The quality of the in house food is also great ! i thoroughly enjoyed my stay !

It was an amazing stay, it's surely the best hotel in town, better than any other i have ever seen in burdwan. Rooms are premium, beds are excellent and room service is also very good. Moreover the staff are very well mannered.

Hotel was very good and rooms was very neat and clean. I have been traveling for last 5 years i had stayed in several hotels but this time i had noticed something different there is a problem on room no 402 there is some negative energy was there i had stayed for 2 nights over there first day it went superb but on the 2nd day in night some paranormal activity was happening suddenly room lights was blinking bathroom tap water was dripping water tv went off suddenly most strange part was suddenly someone my bathroom door was shut so loudly. I got shocked. But i dint create any schene on next morning while checking out in reception as guest was there. So just a small request pols take care of all this things and pols if there is anything if you know guy z dint give that rooms. Thanks

Some of the staff had been badly miss behaved with me. I have been there three times to four times times but that stay was horrible for me

No-good rooms. Comfortable stay. But not much value for money. plus tax without complementary breakfast. Few staff needs to be little more professional. I ordered dinner. A staff came with my food. Before he left he said" sir you will have to pay for this meal in advance, please pay it now as you are under direct billing as per directions from reception. Now tell me what kind of a hotel asks for money before you can finish your dinner, when you can make settlements during check out. I don't argue with fools so i just paid and went ahead to finish my dinner. That's t a very big deal but it definitely spoils the mood.

The property was good with great food and stay. The lady at the reception was not courteous and was rude. She doesn't know how to behave. The rest of the staff was very good. Especially the room service staff.

Good for business meetings, seminars and clients from outside the city. Facilities are great as well as services they offer

The behavior of the staff is not up to mark. My guest got her period stain which was already a embarrassing moment on top of that they not only took hours to do formalities of laundry checking and all also charged 2000 extra. Also doesn't even provide a bill till now. Food are overpriced and to clean your room after having dinner or lunch you have to call atleast 3 times. The hotel also situated near nothing so it's better to have your personal vehicle for transportation.
