The rooms were fine but we had made prior booking of a three bed room which they had already given to another customer. However, they accommodated us in two double rooms, we ordered dinner and the food was tasty while being homely at the same time. Would recommend if you want to have a nice family time. We have booked a room in this resort for three days. But after one day they forced us to leave the room for they have another booking for the same room. They forced us to shift to a nearby home stay and charged extra tarrif for that. Behavior of the staff is-not at all good. Rooms and bathrooms are not properly cleaned. Television and wifi are not working. Rooms are infested with insects and mosquitoes-totally cheaters. Horrible experience.

The stay was comfortable and peaceful. The location is close to sonajhuri and kopai which is an advantage. But the rooms should be provided with toiletries on a daily basis.

Food quality was average. Staff was polite and cooperative but the timing to order food at night was only 9pm. But all in all it was a good stay

Peaceful clean and well maintained hotel, pretty new property. Keeps the room temperature intact on chilled winter nights

I had booked two deluxe rooms through MMT and had paid for that but I got two ordinary rooms in turn.

The location was good, near to the Biswa Bharathi campus. Parking facilities were there in the hotel so it was very convenient. The food was good, with quality and variety. Services and facilities were great. The staff was polite and helpful. I will surely recommend the property to others.
