it was pathetic. room were tidy. bathroom was the highlight at the time of booking but it turned worst nightmare. i had to book another hotel at midnight. totally waste of money

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. The room was dirty, with visible stains and unhygienic conditions. The hotel's management seemed completely disorganized, and the service was subpar. The shown are entirely different from the actual rooms and facilities. It's clear that the hotel is intentionally customers. Avoid this hotel at all costs. The lack of attention to cleanliness and honesty is not. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The room there is no inner lock in room door ac is not working properly when I update in reception they said you can use central lock after I stick on my words they change my room on that room ac was not working again they change my room

I had booked this hotel after seeing the room type and pictures , but the reality was completely opposite. The room was extremely untidy, walls had broken plaster, and the washroom was dirty with a foul smell. The bed sheet and pillow covers were stained, and water was leaking from the AC, making the floor slippery and unsafe. Basic amenities were missing – no proper toiletries, no clean towels, and no drinking water facility. The food quality was horrible, the tea tasted stale, and the overall hygiene of the kitchen looked doubtful. The staff was unprofessional, unresponsive, and least bothered about guest comfort. Safety was also a major concern as the locks on the doors and windows were weak, and the entire environment felt insecure. The property was noisy, there was no proper housekeeping, and the power supply kept fluctuating.

Worst experience, not recommend to visit the hotel. There no hygiene maintain in room dirty smells in room very very bad experience
