    Hotel rivasa regency is better and safe to stay. Hotel crew is professional and cooperative. They are not expecting for tip. I observed only problem while stay rooms need more hygenic.

    It is not value for money, extremely high priced for the amenities… they have issue with AC, water leaks into the room making it a pond… there was no water available for 4 hours at a stretch and the reception did not have courtesy to inform once issue is resolved
