Review Of Hotel RIO Benaras

I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was far from satisfactory. The facilities were poorly maintained, and the services did not justify the high price. Despite booking a king-size bed, I was given a single bed, which was extremely inconvenient. The washroom was not clean, making the stay uncomfortable. The ceiling fan made a lot of noise, making it difficult to sleep. Overall, the room conditions did not match the price they charged. I expected much better. This hotel is worth ₹2000 at best. Definitely not recommended for the price they demand!

Room is different than what shown in app. No table in room despite shown in app, room very small they charge rs 5000 of room but actual rate should have been not more than rs 2000 for deluxe room, even their staff shamelessly admitted it's overpriced. Housekeeping will only be done upon repeated requests. Restaurant and bathroom was good.

I was travelling with family and stayed here for one night but had a good time. Rooms are very spacious and washrooms are quite huge. Food is decent

Hospitality services are poor and the room also is not as expected and shows in images. At night no one responds on call.

Stay was wonderful. Staff is very cooperative and helpful. No attitude talking, talk in a manner way. Receptionist person is very well professional and need to help every time. Take care of their guest

The location was okay, food was average room's ac was not working, house keeping kept responding late when asked to clean the dustbin in room, also upper management staff were bit impolite

Very nice and comfortable stay it was….hotel was centrally located in cantonment area..the staff was very courteous and welcoming..all facilities were there in the room…incl heater..breakfast options were limited though…the cafe 55 located next to hotel was also great..

Stayed for 3 nights in the last week of nova 2023. Horrible experience. I booked a deluxe room with an extra bed. They gave me just a fold-able mattress, sheet and a dueve in the name of the extra bed. Rooms are not sound proof and wall paints are falling apart. Water is leaking in the shower cabinet and in the whole bathroom. During daily room services, they are not providing necessary supplies and we had to call. They booked the whole hotel for some marriage function and it was a complete mess all around. Extremely bad experience.

Cleanliness and behavior of staff is well. Architecture and locality of hotel is well. Excellent stay, enjoyed it.

Room was not at all price worthy. Whole night foul smell was coming out of the bath room drain. Drain was not working though the hotel staff had checked and worked on it. No snaps taken
