Hotel is located in Cantt Area ,Parking availability is superb ,Hotel rooms are not well moderate mostly Rooms are Twin bed room .....Hotel staff and service is very good .....Only drawback is room condition

No tooth brush no comb and no wi-fi and on bill-ling no card machine and very condition rooms totally very bad

Bedding is dirty and not change by hotel no drink water and breakfast fast as per charge. Staff is polite and support but hotel not as per rattling so costly

The hotel requires refurbishment. In my room, two bulbs were not working, no electric kettle in the room, tv not functioning, intercom not working. Stayed for two nights. Beds were not made.

Poorly managed property. There is no facility for tea in night and morning. Room kettle is also not available. Remote for controlling the room ac is not provided. Linen were dirty. Few hours rain lead to filling of water in all corridor. Rooms were not clean enough.

Room is not good quality and seepage smelling in the room, washroom is also not good condition no hot water was available, staff behaviour is very rude.

Hot water not available. Same breakfast every day. Extra bed not given. Only mattress given. Room is very small for 3 person. Cleaning of room not done. When we ask to change bed sheet, not ready to change.

Furniture and crop of property was very old no renovation has been done from long time. Airconditioner was very old model and without thermostats nob. Room service is also very poor.

I stayed here repeatedly. Staff is very helpful and well mannered. They are very flexible for early checking or other requests. Food is also good.

Rooms are dirty, no basic requirements are given as 2 glass for 2 customer towels for both customer dental kit. It is just like dharamshala with ac.

Excellent location near railway junction and afsb. Food was a little bit too expensive, basic amenities provides and brilliant service and staff cooperative

Hi, food is so delicious. But as per room service very poor and room hygiene will be improved.

Though the staff and reception desk was polite. But the room shown in the mm t app was totally different from the one i stayed in condition of the room was pathetic i had to change 3 room before i finalized the final that too had impudent washroom condition

Hotel was pathetic with full of mosquitoes, inter com not working, used soap kept. They lied that breakfast will not be available in buffet, but it was. Total waste of money here.

Hotel location is very good, ambience is good and nice gesture. Prefer to have south indian food and more english speaking staff to assist visitors from anywhere.
