Palette Heritage Varanasi Retreat

The Hotel stay is near to varanasi railway jn, The classic rooms are small and the washroom is tiny. There is a functional Hall next to the Hotel which is Disturbance, Smoke (Wood Burnt) from Cooking creates suffocation. The Windows are Normal. There is a dining hall on the 5th Floor, Food is served hot and Good, Charges are reasonable. At last, the Hotel Vibe from the Interior looks like a Palace but the doors and locking are not secure and is overpriced 👎

Didn't like the breakfast spread. Expectation did not align with the deal. It'd help if the hotels can be transparent with what food they are going to serve.

Stay was comfortable Hotel was good clean can opt as family stay too. Only one thing was missing that i.e. direct contact number of the hotel was missing in MMT invoice

It’s located in very small narrow lane there ll be problem for parking if you travel with vehicle… Property has power issues there will be power cut off every 5 min and come back in 10-15 min and again in 5 min it repeats very disturbing and uncomfortable….In name of break fast they ll serve you 2 items …Not recommended.
