Hotel Luxmi Palace

Property location was not appropriate. Room provided by hotel was pathetic and staff reluctant to change the room. Room size was so small and dirty that it felt as sweepers used to stay there. Other services, were not welcoming. This has changed my mindset for using Make My Trip app in future

No wifi as it was mentioned while booking at MMT Room was given to us on 3rd floor even after requesting to provide us on 1st or ,2nd just because we already paid and stuck Room cleanliness was pathetic and washroom in bad condition not even anyone can bath there Window was broken

The room was comfortable but due to the ac compressor it gets heated. staff behaviour was good and generous.

Very Good Experience with the hotel Owner. Pleasant atmosphere. Very good house keeping staff. I booked a AC room the ac is cooling very good. and also very affordable for any type of guest. Also the hotel Staff will pickup you from any location in case of difficulties in finding the hotel.

staff behaviour is too much satisfactory all important spot are near the hotel ...room and cleaning is too much satisfactory even staff are going to recive you from nearest area. Early Check in is also available depend upon request and availability of room.

poorely located in a narrow 2 feet wide lane. no food provided, no room service, no hygene in wash room and rooms. dirty beddings and most importantly ants roaming in bedding, room bathroom and even no action taken after making them aware of this

Poor cleanliness and Food. Poor hygiene. Washrooms are dirty and not maintained. Staff wasn't cooperative. Too expensive for the quality provided. Overall had a terrible experience and not worth it

The hotel is situated at a very congested location where the Long walk is required. The room was very small. The TV, AC and Teliphone were not working. The wash hand basin was in broken condition. The room was on the 4th floor where the lift was not available.

property is in very conjusted. No lift for 5th storied bldg. ambiance is average. only plus point is staff was very cooperative and helpful.

It was not at all Value for Money, it may be because of the huge crowd in Varanasi due to Kumbh Mela. The room was not clean, the blanket provided was also the same

Went to this hotel during the Kumbh . Had to walk from 2km cuz of the Jam. Bit congested. Pretty small room but average.

Maha ghatiya Experiance tha .. photo kuch or dikhaya or Diya kuch or and bekar arrangements .. or sharing washroom Diya Bina mention Ji’ye

I want to suggest every one not to book this hotel for your stay they didnt even provide water and soap in the room no wifi no sleeper no towel not good at price they take 4500 for room

Not good. . . Room ,bathroom, bedspread, pillow cover, quilt not clean. no hot water. Gave Room with shared bath and toilet but later paid extra for attached bath

Staff were good and property location is near to ashwamedh ghat so easy to ganga aarti and nearby ghat
