Review Of Hotel Raj Palace

I have been heavily charged for just modification in booking dates, just with in 1hour of my booking. How can i avail above said discount. Pols refund, my above said date modification charges.

The hotel raj palace was not unhygienic. Hotel does not provide electricity throughout the day. Warm water is provided for a limited period in the early morning and in the evening. There is no restaurant within the hotel, but they provide food from another adjacent hotel. The food quality was too bad; too salty food. Bedroom was too dirty, mirror broken, center table glass broken. Pillows were too dirty. Complementary water bottles were not given. They provided water in a jug with oil and dust floating on it. The cupboard provided was having no space left to keep our clothes, as it was full of their own stuff. Bathrooms does not have exhaust fans, rather the bathroom ventilation given with the main room. The hotel is not comfortable to stay. I would suggest one should choose government cottages and there are several other new hotels in the pahalgam.

Location is prime in pahalgam, rooms are ok, staff is good but asks for tip. Overall good to stay in.
