The service is very poor they don't serve food on time they don't hv much staff to handle 10-12 people at a time

Very good appearance, delicious food, beautiful veiws from terrace

Full night it was disturbed by lot of noise, i could not even sleep

Best hotel in udaipur. Located in silent area. Peaceful

So nice view best services. For room service room heaters were called from other group of hotels providing extra comfort at the time of need. Thanks.

The hotel was ok in terms of amenities. It is a bit far away, but in a way, sort of far from the crowd and ok. Service was not too great, though. They had a breakfast restaurant which didn't open till late. The room had coffee and tea but no creamer/milk powder. Asked for it, the staff said they would give it but never did

All the staff members were very friendly. The rooms were great and comfortable. Food this great here.

Rooms were clean, almost every room has window. All facilities were upto mark. Caffe attached with hotel food was not upto mark. Rest all good

The property is moderately maintained. Slippers were not arranged in time, breakfast was not buffet style on one day. Too high pressure in health faucets. Rest of the things were okay.

Hotel is good but far from tourist location and ola uber services are wrist in this city

Very uncomfortable when reached at ratnam hotel in late evening(7pm) after a long drive, the hotel management said that my booking sifted to other hotel "solitaire" which is around 4-5km from ratnam hotel, which was a marriage party plot, we just adjust for the night stay. Food quality was not upto the mark, offered high charges veg-dinner buffet. Last moment changes of staying place was not absolutely desirable when booked and at that moment not able to contact over phone due to their complicated iv r system, not happy.

I fill about hotel is under value in terms of pricing hotel is new and very beautiful most important thing staff is very well trained about following covid protocols maintain proper social distancing and food served is properly cooked and served on nice temperature love to be here again
