Location - easy to find....hassle free Food- I didn't try...but so many options are available at a reasonable price Overall stay was comfortable and pleasant

Well i just want to mention that, there non-ac dormitory is not in good condition, not only there were mosquitos at night, it is literally in the passage of hotel rooms, i know dormitory are meant to be multiple beds, but it should be in closed area. At least give a shade for the section, full section was open any one having personal hotel room, was able to see us lying. It should have been separated from the personal room area.

Service was totally worst, they don't give me water, soap etc... They demand charge for even soap and water. And in room showing pic is big but when I got room that room is too small. Not worth at all

I booked a dormitory room, they have written WiFi, towel and all facilities but they do not provide any facilities. They just provide only one bed.

Clean room and bathroom with hot water facility staff are also polite can be considered to stay in budget fare. More important situated very near to muzaffarpur railway station

But thanks to make my trip team arrange alternate accommodation for me and there the service is very good

It should not be on mm t. The experience was worst, pathetic, the receptionist misbehaved and shouted. I make it sure that i'll make a complain against mmt. And won't let this go easily.

The room was well maintained and the bed was clean. The room was comfortable. I would like to stay here next time.

At-least anywhere you are going there is always arrangement of drinking water but here no drinking water if you asked for water they will make you purchase
