HOTEL R K RESIDENCY

Bedsheet, not comfortable. Bedsheet cover was torn. Good night, liquid not available in this room. Blanket was not clean.

Rooms are too compacted, and washroom lock is not working. Haven't provided dental kit or toilet accessories. No complementary water has been given and also added SGST on dinner bill. Food taste was good

The only problem was that the bed of dormatary was in not in any hall/ big room but it was actually is in the passage of the building

Well i just want to mention that, there non-ac dormitory is not in good condition, not only there were mosquitos at night, it is literally in the passage of hotel rooms, i know dormitory are meant to be multiple beds, but it should be in closed area. At least give a shade for the section, full section was open any one having personal hotel room, was able to see us lying. It should have been separated from the personal room area.

Service was totally worst, they don't give me water, soap etc... They demand charge for even soap and water. And in room showing pic is big but when I got room that room is too small. Not worth at all

I booked a dormitory room, they have written WiFi, towel and all facilities but they do not provide any facilities. They just provide only one bed.

Clean room and bathroom with hot water facility staff are also polite can be considered to stay in budget fare. More important situated very near to muzaffarpur railway station
