Review Of Hotel R.K.Palace

They didn't give me the room that I booked.They have given the room in which there were no water.I complained this to the hotel reception. But problem not resolved.

Peaceful environment with delicious food, Staffs are very polite & humble..but limited options for breakfast which is complementary..need to change the limited options or need to provide more options

Very Bad Hotel experience, Staff Behavior is Bad, Room Quality also very Bad, Breakfast के नाम पर पुरी सब्जी दिया जाता है extremely Very unsatisfactory hotel.

While checking in there was no one at reception. very late service. Very old hotel. rooms need to be renovated. poor staffing.

Bathroom light not on. Room light also not sufficient. Room condition also not good. Room blankets are too poor condition.

Excellent service, restaurant service good with hygienic taste and all over the bar is perfectly sitting and enjoying.

Check in very well but allotted room condition not well ac damage and not single towel available in room

They are maintaining all facilities please choose this for stay i am a mechanical engineer stay there with my family and friends they enjoy alot

Very bed rooms and unhygienic bed bathrooms totally bed experience i checked out only 4 hours.

Door didn't had a lock and hotel management did not agree it was when make my trip was contacted then the hotel management agreed. Make my trip offered me a voucher for the inconveniences faced. Terrible joke was the complimentary breakfast just two slices of bread. I would suggest try musk-an palace which is having better tariff plan and much better location. End of the day avoid this. Not at all value for money.

Rk place is near to station and staff are good

No better place to stay around 80 km radius. However, money paid was much higher charge for that place.

Best hotel at Pakur, 500 meters away from Station. Food quality was too good.

Deluxe room was booked but AC facility not given. Feels very bad and wrong committed.

No jet in waahroom and they can't provide even basics things. Also in breakfast very less choice is present. But as per location this hotel can be opted because of no choice. Hence you can book for a stay only because of no choice
