Rooms are very dirty, counter personal need to polite , doors lock are broken, It's look like room not clean from past 1week

Rooms are not good. Not clean at all. Windows don’t have doors properly fitted. Washrooms are worst.

everything was fine i didn't face any issue its not a lavish property but I booked in emergency cause i didn't know much about the city/area nd this was da only place available. overall ill give 3.5 stars.

I booked it for my driver through makemy trip but hotel manager denied fit check in due to unavailability of room. Further after help of makemy trip customer executive himanshu's talk with hotel manager he arrange room but no breakfast served even after it's booked in my itinerary. Poor hotel, not hygiene stay. Not good for the reputation of makemy trip

Thank you for your services. This room needs some improvement. Need good reception, room is not clean, window glass in bathroom is broken. It also has good space and room rent should be reduced.

Could not get room in the Hotel as it was full, so they sent me to an associate property which was reasonably good.

It was average. The rooms are ok.

Dirty room with broken furniture

Towels and bed sheets are not well, good hotel, service, staff are so friendly and good.

Very nice Hotel. From one day stay. Food also good but in room very bad smell. Also bathroom is very poor condition

Room is quite good, location is good, easily accessible. In room services is not so proper.

Overall good stay and service. They need to fix or repair the rooms specially the windows and provide sliding windows with mosquito nets.
