we are staying second day but still hotel management decided to save some amount for future from customer food packages. we are hoping for best quality response as per booking but reaction is too cheap. sorry our experience is too horrible. we give negative marking for that .

very bad experience reception was too rude... I feel that I stay in Dharam Shala... No water in bathroom, food i order was not properly cooked and also serves at very high rate. over all don't go there.

A great place as compared to the city like ambikapur. Great experience and all good. Should stay this as a preferred stay in ambikapur. Did-not expect such place in ambikapur it's worthy for the spend.

A decent stay with all amenities provided as mentioned. Variety in Breakfast and Lunch and Dinner. Will recommend to choose this hotel for a stay. MahaMaya Mandir is just 2 K.M away

Nice rooms and good value
Hotel is pleasantly located outside the city center so you avoid traffic to reach. Big free parking is available. Check-in is done efficiently by friendly staff. Elevator is there to reach the well appointed rooms. Rooms are properly sized, good lighting, AC and fan available. Also several wall sockets are there including near the bed. Bed is king size and very comfortable. Central 24 hour water heating in the bathroom including a nice rainshower. Adjusting proper water temperature for the shower can be a challenge. Free wifi is there, though speed could be better. Breakfast has a proper selection of Indian items available and also daily specials are available. For dinner, prices are inflated compared to portions served. Nepalese maître d' at dinner tries to be involved in to much at the same time resulting in forgetting orders or providing erroneous orders for which he doesn’t take responsibility. Overall the hotel is a very nice experience and good value for money. Highly recommended.
