It was really a good experience, and I think they have maintained it quite well, but still needs some improvement and that they can do it easily. Yeah, that's all.

**Review for Makhan Vihar Hotel** My stay at Makhan Vihar was a mixed experience, with some notable highs and a significant low. The hotel boasts a pleasant ambiance, clean rooms, and courteous staff, which made for a comfortable stay overall. The location is convenient, and the amenities, including the restaurant and Wi-Fi, were satisfactory for a mid-range hotel. However, my check-in process was marred by an unsettling incident. While filling out the check-in form at the reception, I noticed another guest standing nearby, blatantly sneaking a peek at my personal details. This invasion of privacy made me extremely uncomfortable and raised concerns about the hotel’s ability to ensure guest confidentiality. The staff seemed unaware or unbothered by this, which was disappointing. Overall, while the hotel has its strengths, the lack of privacy during check-in significantly impacted my experience. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure future guests feel secure. I’d rate Makhan Vihar 3 out of 5 stars, with room for improvement in guest.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the staff were always friendly and attentive. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options. We highly recommend this hotel!!

Poor room service. Do not have chilled water to serve to guest in scroaching heat. After one hour, and complain to gm, chilled water served. It is totally against humanity & hospitality. Please remove thus hotel fem your website. Will nor recommend this hotel to my family, friends & aquitences

We had a great stay at Hotel Makhan Vihar. The premises were maintained very well, the rooms were clean and spacious, parking facility was quite good, and food was great! Overall, highly recommended.

Culinary experiences here are exceptional—the food is flavorful, diverse, and truly memorable, inxluding local and global cuisines. However, enhancing the room service menu cards with detailed dish descriptions would elevate convenience. Additionally, displaying information about district attractions in the reception hall could aid guests in planning explorations. Minor improvements aside, the staff’s warmth and professionalism stood out, making our experience truly pleasant. Highly recommended for a luxurious, peaceful stay in Ambikapur! 

Stayed on 15th March 2025 .Room and washroom found upto the mark.Dinner and breakfast was excellent with appealing environment. One suggestion room should be equipped with mini fridge may be with higher charges. Good Car parking space .Staff was amicable and nice behavior.
