1. Intercom was not working, 2. Bathroom Bucket and mug were defective and dirty, 3. There was no proper supply of water in washroom/Bathroom, 4. All other facilities/services were average in quality, That's why I have given 3 out of 5 ratings.

No Water in taps, poor washroom , Horrible stay, inattentive attendant, unhygienic room ,too small for 3 adults as requested, bathroom without water . No room service was available. Parking not available

The hotel rooms are in very poor condition, and the service is not good at all. When we ask them to fill water in the cooler, nobody comes, and if someone does, they hardly fill 10% of the tank. Despite repeatedly asking for a change of bed sheets, nobody has come, and it has been 3 days now without fresh sheets. The washroom taps don’t have water, and power cuts last for hours. The hotel doesn’t provide cold drinking water, and when we ask for water, they bring it in used bottles, which is very unhygienic. The overall service is extremely poor, and at times, the smell of weed comes in through the ventilators of the rooms, which is highly unpleasant and unacceptable

I'm paying extra money because he is asking for a booked room not available, and also the room is not clean, very poor room service

The hotel services are excellent and provide proper monitoring and supervision through staff. The check out and Check in time is possible in the evening.

There was a very poor service. There was no provision of drinking water and no water in the wash room. The bedsheet was dirty and there was no electrical socket working for mobile recharge. There was also no arrangement for calling staff at the reception.

good and comfortable stay. Only difficulty was to keep my car. There is no separate car garage as the property is located at the heart of the town

This hotel is very good, neat and clean. I would recommend everyone to stay here once. You will get a very good experience. The hotel staff and housekeeping staff treat them very politely
