Hotel is good but place is not so good

I gave him 3 star because of his location and hotel will not open for 24 hours, when we arrive in hotel hotel staff sleeping.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Location we cannot change, but for 24 hour opening we are trying for staff, it's too problematic for us to find staff in Surguja area.

Terrible experience in hotel Rahul inn. Transportation issue, I waited almost 40 minutes for a auto, it was awfull. Entertainment, I checked in 8th of june, you wont belive me, there was no television connection till the date I checked out. Food was horrible, food provided was some kind of street food, I gurantee street food will be much better then this.

Everything is well, clean, punctual. We all are enjoyed there with supporting behavior of staff. No issue of parking. Location of hotel is also convenient for going any where in ambikapur. Market is near from.
