businessGuy at reception has no idea of system. Didnt have the answer of billing, wifi, laundry etc etc etc related queries. He was totally blank, but has a big ego.

Need up-scaling of services, looks like marriage palace cum resort

The front desk, room were good, but the bathroom fitting working was average, shower mixture not working, we have to leave early, but the hot water is hardly there during shower, food was very good, pool is under maintanence

Bad experiance

Room and ambience was good but service was very poor. Also rates are an arm and the leg size. Even water bottle charge was rs 33 and even they don’t switch on a/c at lobby area.
