Lack of clarity regarding the booking executed through the MakeMyTrip. Lots of service related issues like mismatch in the buffet breakfast, non providence of toiletries, non-availability of the hotel driver for valet parking after parking the vehicle and non professional approach of the staff. I do not recommend further booking.
