The outdoor area near Room No. 2 is occasionally accessed by staff for storing garden furniture, which may have led to a misunderstanding. However, we respect that your colleague felt uneasy and acted promptly by shifting her room to ensure peace of mind. All our rooms undergo regular checks, and we’re reinforcing communication to make our guests feel more secure. We’re also in the process of enhancing our window locking mechanisms and placing additional signage to avoid such concerns in the future.
