he lady was given a room on the ground floor, room no.2, with windows that didn't lock, anyone can come inside from outside via window, and bathroom grills accessible from outside. my colleague had a terrible experience last night as someone moved her bathroom grill from outside at night. she asked for cctv footage to confirm, but wasn't shown. her room was changed to first floor. but beware, most room windows at this hotel don't lock shut!! food was good, housekeeping was good, but this completely changed our opinion of the hotel. please look into the matter, the staff is brushing it off as if it's not an extremely serious security and women's safety violation.
