Rooms are not up to the mark

Room is below average, no Wi-Fi connection, no good food available in restaurant, cleaning was done everyday . My main complaint is They have not given me a Bill for my stay which I need to submit to my office. I was told since I have booked through Make my trip, they will not give me the bill. This is not acceptable . Now I request you to give me GST bill for Rs. 4046/- which I had paid to Make my trip.
