Review Of Hotel Green Park

The room condition and service is good. But the airconditioner is not working properly. And food is a test less.

Room condition very bad,old malfunction fan, regulator damaged, bedsheet smelly, blanket and bedsheet not washed, bathroom bad smell, door mat full of dust and hairs

This hotel is good. But the rooms were not good. There is no good maintenance. The food they provided was not too good.

It was ok ok stay. The mosquitoes were there all night. The shower wasn't proper. Lights switches were too old sometimes not working. Worst wifi. Sometimes power cuts

I got a non ac room, even though mm t did not have any option to select ac or non ac. The facilities indicate ac rooms.

Room is good but check in checkout experience is very bad. Food is good in restaurant. Person is not trained in generating bill. He is not even be sorry about it. It took one hour to get thing right.

Room given in 2 nd floor but no lift facility. My age is 60 years so i face the problem now the climate is very cold hot water not coming properly

Excellent facility & excellent food

Most of the rooms in the Hotel were dirty, renovation was going on. Staff was good. Food was also good. I had no option to stay so I book this Hotel.

Location is just outside NTPC Korba, telephone was not in room,

Safe and pleasant stay. Nice open area and friendly staff and owner.

Room is below average, no Wi-Fi connection, no good food available in restaurant, cleaning was done everyday . My main complaint is They have not given me a Bill for my stay which I need to submit to my office. I was told since I have booked through Make my trip, they will not give me the bill. This is not acceptable . Now I request you to give me GST bill for Rs. 4046/- which I had paid to Make my trip.
