Terrible Stay
We have booked the deluxe room and when we go for check in they told us to cancel this and book the executive room after this we are not be able to book the executive room they told me to pay

The guest first came to the hotel, inquired about the room and cross checked the price and then booked the same room online!

No food in restaurant but what was served was good. When asked for plain jeera aloo without any thing else for fasting food, they failed,
Once upon a time a very good neat and clean hotel now lack on proper cleaning maintenance and house keeping. Old wash room sanitary and accessories need proper cleaning or change. Staff is insufficient as told but night watchman guard was very cooperative and courteous.

Happy stay
Good and small room but clean and maintained properly. I used to stay this hotel quite long time it's near to market place. Bathroom is clean and maintained. Breakfast is good but need to improve. Wi-fi is good and after lock down room tariff is increased. This is budget hotel at korba go for this budget hotel, rooms are little small space is insufficient to move.

Very basic hotel need to find a better one in that area
No window in the room which is terrible. No lift and the reception is on the 1st floor. You have to pull your luggage up first to the reception and then to the room.

2 day meet at Korba
Close to the city and industrial area. Room little short but clean and maintained. Service is fine. Staff is helpful and courteous.

Ok ok stay
Kitchen is not available. Cleanliness is good. Staff is good. Issue with wi-fi connectivity. Not able to use it, even staff were not able. To help.
