Bathroom service room service not comfortable. Not image available. So sorry. Tv not running. Kambal not clean. Previous trip puri hotel moon in service is comfortable

The property should be banned from taking guests. 1. No tv 2. No towels 3. Paints coming out of walls 4. Very small size rooms 5. Blankets and pillow have very smelling very bad like they have not been washed in years. 6. When asked for anything at the reception. Only reply was a blunt no 7. Do not go for this hotel. You will get nice and decent hotel in this price at bus stand only. 8. Very over priced. Dharmshala ke price me hotel de rahe. 9. The most shocking part. Mmt guy recommended me this nasty hotel.

Rooms are spacious and hygienic. Foods and meals are tasteful and hygienic. Room service is also good and very generous. Give it a try, you will like it.

So. The first day after we checked in. We went out after changing and taking showers. When we came back in the evening we were asked to leave our room and shift to some other room. Just because they had a fault in giving me the room. I mean they could have provided us with a similar rate but they literally irritated me by giving a smaller room with the worst mattress ever. God it was terrible.
No one took the temperatures. No one even sanitized our hands. None of the hotel staff wore a mask

Venue is easy to reach and all staffs are good in behave at my late check-in.

We were stay in two night in this hotel. It was a good experience. Hotel was good and staff behavior are very good. We liked their service and gesture. Food was also good and we enjoyed very much.

Very dirty and smelly room. Room service was very late. Very dirty linen, even after getting changed. Totally non cooperative staff, not a bit interested in serving the customer. Not just me but others too were troubled. This is my last transaction with MMT. I am going to switch to other hotel booking platforms for sure.
